We were extremely sceptical about what value a buyer’s agent could add to our search for a new home, as we had never used one previously but being time poor and having a deadline for a new home we decided to hire a buyers agent. We interviewed 3 agents and ultimately decided to hire Ryan as we appreciated that he didn’t have a slick sales pitch and we liked that he was a one man operation who had helped friends of ours recently.

Ryan managed to find a home that exceeded our expectations within weeks. This home was on the market for well above our budget so we would not have even gone to see it if he had not suggested it. He made the process of making an offer and signing the deal seamless. His help did not stop there. He arranged tradespeople to come to the home to quote for us before we even moved in. It was refreshing to not have to deal with real estate agents and leave all of that to him.
