During the last c20 years I have been selling property throughout the Eastern Suburbs, during this time c12 years ago is when I first met Ryan and his wife Lisa when they purchased a home from me. At that time Ryan was not a buyers agent but I remember him being a straight shooter, a tough negotiator and I remember our dealing to be a pleasant experience.

Since then Ryan has moved on from his role as Managing Director of his own very successful company Sunny Life and carried over all his business acumen, experience and more importantly people skills to the world of buyers agency.

I have dealt successfully with Ryan on a number of occasions with me as the selling agent and Ryan representing the buyer. I can honestly say that he is a complete professional and is 100% committed to ensuring the best possible outcome for his clients. It’s not always smooth sailing when you’re representing competing sides but In each one of our dealings I have found Ryan to be thorough, considered and a pleasure to work with/against. Ryan has built some great relationships with agents which helps him get in doors prior to a property going to market and has a reputation for being trustworthy and a man that gets things done for his clients.
